This cold process detox bar is built around three of the most powerful natural drawing and purifying ingredients available: bentonite clay, kaolin clay, and activated charcoal. Together they work to draw out impurities, absorb excess oil, and leave skin feeling genuinely clean — not stripped, not coated, not masked with synthetic fragrance. Just clean.

Bentonite clay carries a natural negative electrical charge that attracts positively charged toxins, heavy metals, and impurities — binding to them and drawing them out through the skin’s surface during cleansing. Kaolin clay gently exfoliates and softens without disrupting the skin barrier. Activated charcoal adds an additional layer of deep pore cleansing, pulling out environmental pollutants and buildup that daily washing leaves behind. Tea tree oil brings a naturally purifying quality to the rinse — fresh without being sharp, effective without being harsh.

The base oils — apricot kernel, grapeseed, and coconut — were chosen specifically for their skin-nourishing fatty acid profiles. Apricot kernel oil is lightweight and rich in oleic acid, absorbing quickly without heaviness. Grapeseed oil is high in linoleic acid, making it ideal for oily and combination skin. Together they ensure that even with the drawing power of the clays and charcoal, your skin leaves the shower nourished rather than depleted.

The dramatic black and cream swirl in every bar is not a designed pattern — it is the natural result of charcoal and clay working through the cold process. Each bar is slightly unique.

A Note on Size & Weight

Renew Detox Soap is sold by weight. Each handcrafted bar weighs approximately 5.65–5.85 oz (160–166 g). Because cold process soap is made by hand in small batches, slight variation between bars is natural and intentional. You will always know exactly what you are receiving.
