All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products — handcrafted skincare, home care, and pet care formulations — all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on opened or unopened products for health, safety, and hygiene reasons. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify its integrity or safety for resale.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ContactUs@Everlasting-Organics.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.

How Refunds Are Processed
